Peachjar Flyers

Bedford City Schools has adopted an electronic flyer communication and delivery tool called “Peachjar”. This “green” initiative will save our schools tons of paper and reduce copy costs by thousands of dollars. In addition, posting school flyers in this electronic backpack removes a significant administrative burden from teachers, office staff, and volunteers.

COMMUNICATION FOR PARENTS

No action is required on your part. You will receive a welcome email from our service provider (Peachjar) that includes a username and password. This is provided to give you the opportunity to manage your account and flyer delivery preferences.

You do not need to login to receive or view school digital eflyers, but you must log in if you would like to “opt out” of this delivery service.

Please keep in mind that this electronic method of school flyer delivery replaces all paper distribution of flyers at your child’s school. By opting out, you may miss pertinent information pertaining to your child and other school events.

To ensure smooth delivery of this communication, we suggest you add   BCSD@peachjar.com
to your email contacts. When you receive your first eflyer, be sure to click “always display images.”

This system is used exclusively for distribution of school-approved flyers. Your email address will not be shared or used for any other purpose.

Thank you for supporting our efforts to ensure parents are well informed about school programs, activities, and events.

To view school-approved eflyers, simply click the Peachjar button on your school’s website homepage.

COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS submissions

Bedford City Schools cooperates with community groups and organizations that sponsor activities of an educational/enrichment nature for students and staff by distributing materials electronically via Peachjar.

As part of our effort to be more environmentally friendly, embrace innovative technology, and maintain fiscal responsibility, we have transitioned from paper to electronic flyer delivery.

To request flyer approval, follow the steps below. Once approved, your flyer will be automatically emailed to all parents and posted online.

Paper flyers from outside organizations will
not be distributed.

  1. Visit www.peachjar.com
  2. Click on the Community Organizations dropdown menu for more information and to register for an account.
  3. Upload your flyer for approval.

Your flyer will be automatically submitted to the District for review and approval. Peachjar charges a fee for this service that is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers to each school. Read more about the service fees.

Contact Peachjar for pricing and discount information. If you have any questions regarding getting started, please call 858-997-2117, option 3,  or email support@peachjar.com

Flyers must be submitted at least one week before the event date.
