District Donation Form

After completing the Donation Form, please submit the completed document to the Office of the Superintendent by emailing it directly to the Superintendent’s Administrative Assistant at bloomis@bedfordschools.org.

All completed forms must be submitted for review before the donation can be formally processed by Bedford City School District.
