Summer Leadership Programs
Look Up To Cleveland Summer is a one-week experience in June (June 19-23). During this time, students develop leadership skills, learn how to effectively collaborate, and discover ways in which they can contribute to their community right now. Tuition for this program is $350 and financial assistance is available. Applications are open and will be accepted on an ongoing basis. Reach Out To Cleveland is 1 full day and 3 half-day sessions every Wednesday from July 12-August 2. Through up to 16 hrs. of service-learning, students will explore critical community issues and work on projects to help address these issues. Tuition for this program is $200 and financial assistance is available. Additional information about the program can be found here, along with the link to register.
Additionally, we have one-school year program for rising Juniors.
Look Up To Cleveland School Year takes place one school day a month from October-April. During these 7 sessions, selected students will connect with Cleveland and the people, places, and projects moving it forward. There is no cost to participate. Only two students per high school will be chosen but all are welcome to apply for the program this year. Students must be enrolled in a high school or be home-schooled in Cuyahoga County. In addition to completing the online application, students must supply two non-family references, commit to the attendance policies, and gain school and parental approval.
