    School psychologists are uniquely qualified members of school teams that support students' ability to learn and teachers' ability to teach. They apply expertise in mental health, learning and behvior to help children and youth succeed academically, socially, behaviorally and emotionally.

    Social Workers

    School social workers are trained mental health professionals, who assist students, families, and staff in addressing concerns relating to social, emotional, academic, environmental or cultural barriers to increase a student’s adjustment or achievement. Expertise is applied through consultations, assessments, individual support, small groups, and referrals.
