If you are interested in joining the BHS Color Guard , tryouts are quickly approaching for next year’s guard line. If you are interested, you must register on Final Forms by November 12, 2020, at https://bedford-oh.finalforms.com/. Clinics and tryouts will be held virtually. When you register on Final Forms, you will receive the links to join in both the clinics and auditions.

On Wednesday, Nov. 4 and Thursday, Nov. 5, attend a free, virtual college fair hosted by the Coalition for College. The event features 130+ colleges and universities all committed to graduating students on time and with low or no debt. This FREE eight-week program is open to 8th-12th grade students and running Monday - Friday. The program will include: Enhanced reading and math proficiency through online learning modules, virtual college visits and career exploration, pre and post practice tests, college application assistance, and live sessions with your Site Coordinator. Effective with the class of 2023, there will be a 40 hour community service hour requirement in order to graduate, it is highly recommended that students complete 10 hours each year until graduation. It is recommended that senior students have their total amount of required community service hours for graduation submitted at the end of Semester 1 of their senior year.
On October 16th, some of our Bearcat staff joined each other in our Breast Cancer Health & Awareness Walk to honor our loved ones who are surviving and who passed on from breast cancer. We are continuing to support the fighters, admire the survivors, honor the taken, and never give up hope!
Despite the challenges we have faced since March 2020—redefining our teaching and learning during this pandemic while moving our students to remote learning—Bedford City School District continues to move along with its current 2020-2023 Strategic Plan.

Our dedicated art teachers wanted to make sure our students' amazing work was still shared with all of you, despite the COVID-19 restrictions.
