Bedford City School District, Painting at Bedford High School

  • LEGAL NOTICE

    Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Education of the Bedford City School District for

    painting at Bedford High School. The bids will be received at the Treasurer’s Office, 475

    Northfield Road, Bedford, Ohio, 44146 until 1:00 p.m. local time on December 2, 2021 and will

    be read publicly and recorded immediately thereafter. Late bids will not be accepted and will be

    returned unopened. Faxed and emailed bids are not permitted.

     

    The estimated Cost of the Work for the project is as follows: $50,000

    Bids shall be addressed to the Treasurer of the Bedford City School District in a sealed opaque

    envelope, and be clearly marked on the envelope as a bid for the applicable improvements for

    which the bidder is submitting its bid along with the contractor’s name.

     

    The bidding documents, including copies of the drawings, specifications, project manual, bid

    form, forms of contract and bond, and addenda are on file and may be obtained on the Board of

    Education’s website at https://www.bedford.k12.oh.us.

     

    Bidding documents are also on file and may be reviewed at the Board of Education office, 475 Northfield Road, Bedford, Ohio, 44146.

     

    There will be a Pre-Bid Meeting for all Bidders at 11:15 a.m. local time on November 29, 2021

    At Bedford Board of Education Administration Center, 475 Northfield Road, Bedford, Ohio, 44146. This meeting will be followed by a tour of the project site.
