Faculty and Staff
Glendale Primary School's building leader is Principal Nora Beach. Previously, Mrs. Beach was an assistant principal at Heskett Middle School. She also was a special education supervisor in the district from 1993 to 1997. In addition, Mrs. Beach spent a total of five years as a teacher in the district. This includes four years teaching students with specific learning disabilities at Heskett Middle School and one year as a fifth-grade teacher at Aurora Upper Intermediate School.

Mrs. Beach has a bachelor's degree with certification to teach kindergarten through grade eight from Ursuline College. She also has a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction and certification to teach students with learning disabilities and behavioral problems from Cleveland State University. Mrs. Beach was selected as Teacher of the Year for Bedford City Schools in 1992 and was the Woodrow W. Shipley Award recipient in 2010. She currently holds multiple administrative licenses and completed the application process for National Board Certification for Principals.

All teachers at Glendale School are certified in the areas that they are teaching and have either completed a Masters program or are currently pursuing their next degree. Other members of our teaching staff include a guidance counselor, psychologist, speech language therapists, and occupational and physical therapists. Our support staff includes paraprofessionals, teacher aides, a librarian, a secretary, office assistant, custodial and cafeteria staff, and a nurse.
