OverDrive Digital Library Comes to Bedford Schools

The Bedford City School District is pleased to offer its students a new Digital Library through OverDrive, a free service that allows students to borrow digital content anytime, anywhere. This specialized collection of eBooks and audiobooks is specifically geared to students grades K-12 and was chosen by Bedford School librarians, as well as certified librarians from the Cuyahoga County Educational Service Center (ESC).

OverDrive is a convenient way for students to check out titles at home, any time, with no worry about misplacing a book or running up late fees, as these digital titles automatically return at the end of the lending period. Students can enjoy reading on a computer, tablet, smartphone or eReader and will only be able to read and view digital content appropriate for their particular age group.

Students overdrive accounts are already available! Bedford students can access OverDrive using their district provided email and password. Overdrive can be found on the district website’s homepage at www.bedford.k12.oh.us, listed in the Students dropdown menu at the top of the page.
